Questions

How do I know the conversion is accurate?
Every statement prints an opening and a closing balance. We add up the extracted transactions and check that opening + transactions = closing, to the cent, and show you the result for each statement before you pay. If a running balance is printed, we check it line by line too.
What if a statement doesn't tie out?
You'll see exactly how far off it is before paying. Statements we can't read at all are never charged. If you buy and the file isn't usable, email us within 14 days for a refund.
Which banks are supported?
Any bank or credit card statement in PDF form. Layouts are read by AI rather than fixed templates, which is also why the balance check matters.
Do you store my statements?
No. PDFs are processed in memory and discarded. The extracted transactions are encrypted and deleted automatically after 7 days. Account numbers are reduced to the last four digits. We use Anthropic's API for extraction, whose commercial terms don't allow training models on customer data.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. Upload, check the preview, pay once with Stripe, download. $4.99 per statement, or $19 for up to 12 in one batch ($1.49 for each one beyond 12).
Password-protected PDFs?
Open the PDF, print or save it as a new PDF without a password, and upload that copy.
