Bank statements are sensitive. Here is exactly what happens to yours.

What we keep, and for how long

• Your PDF files are not stored. They are held in memory only while being read, then discarded.
• Extracted transactions (dates, descriptions, amounts, balances) are encrypted (AES-256) in our database so you can download them, and are deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
• Account numbers are reduced to the last four digits; full numbers are never saved.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your email address and payment status, never your card number.
• Usage data: a first-party cookie with a random visitor id and the site that referred you, used to count visits and conversions. No advertising trackers.

Who processes your data

Statements are read using Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes the file to return the extracted data and, under its commercial terms, does not train models on it. Stripe processes payments. Our hosting and database providers store the encrypted extraction until it is deleted.

Want your data gone before 7 days? Email holden@khairabuilt.com with your batch link and we will delete it.
