Terms & refunds

Backfill Books is operated by KhairaBuilt LLC. By uploading statements you confirm you have the right to process them (they are yours, or you are handling them for a client who has authorized it).

What you pay for

A one-time conversion of the statements shown on your batch page into downloadable files (Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX), available for 7 days. Prices are shown before payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Accuracy

Extraction is automated. For each statement we show whether the extracted transactions reconcile to the printed opening and closing balances before you pay. Please review imported transactions in your accounting software as you normally would; we are not responsible for decisions made from the converted data.

Refunds

Statements we cannot read are never charged. If you paid and the files are not usable, email holden@khairabuilt.com within 14 days with your batch link and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Acceptable use

Don't upload documents you aren't authorized to process, and don't use the service to create or alter financial documents.
